Sad Day in rock history Dio!

Yesterday Ronnie James Dio passed away. Although I’m not a big heavy metal fan one of my first albums was Black Sabbath’s first. Shortly after that they fired Ozzy & picked up Ronnie James Dio. One of the great singers of metal, the “inventor” of the rocknroll hand sign, and an icon of the genre. AND from what i’ve read – a really nice guy. I’ve seen a few interviews & he seemed articulate and soft spoken. For a guy who could blow like he could, it seemed incongruous. So we say goodbye to a legend. May his music live one.
